TRIAL

Genesis offers a one time personal training trial session.

 

One of our personal trainers will be doing the following with you:

 

  • Goal setting: to understand more about your needs and your goals.

 

  • *Pre-exercise assessment *: to learn more about your body shape, medical history, problematic areas and daily habits etc

 

  • Customized program: to design a program catered to your needs, goals and fitness level. One of our personal trainers will guide you through a trial session.

 

We believe in compatibility and if you would like to see whether we fit your needs, book in a trial (300HKD) with us and experience first hand the quality of our service.
