Kira

Kira started his fitness journey 10 years ago. He fell in love with the process of building his mind and body. 

 

He believes that in addition to sculpting the body, fitness can enhance endurance and focus, and even change one's values and attitudes.

 

He has been furthering his studies because he is constantly in contact with people who suffer from various injuries (he is an active paramedic).

 

He hopes to adhere to the four principles of "professional, correct, healthy and effective" and hopes to instill these values into training his students. He believes this will properly prepare them with the right knowledge to attain their goals.
