Kin
Kin started his fitness journey 10 years ago. He picked up basketball when he was a teenager but suffered from an injury which prevented him from pursuing his goals of becoming a competitive player.
After his injury, he became obsessed with finding ways to strengthen his body. He believes that if he had this knowledge before, he would have been able to prevent his injury. Kin became a full-time personal trainer 4 years ago and now shares his passion and knowledge with his students.
Kin understands that everyone has different fitness goals; be it muscle hypertrophy, fat loss or muscular endurance. Kin will do his best to cater to the needs of his students to ensure they achieve their goals.
