Howard

Howard was formerly a chubby boy. He started off his fitness journey playing basketball. He started lifting weights to improve his sports performance and became a personal trainer which now has over 4 years of experience in fitness industry.

Training is a valuable tool to train the mind and body as he believes it not only builds a better body but also teaches perseverance and builds mental fortitude.
